Welcome to HourSense. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HourSense mobile application ("App") operated by Wonder Application LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HourSense, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

2.1 Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the HourSense App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

3. User Accounts and Data

3.1 Local Data Storage

All time tracking data you enter into HourSense is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your device and data.

3.2 Data Backup

We recommend that you regularly back up your data. We are not responsible for any loss of data stored on your device.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Features

HourSense offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a paid subscription, which will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

4.2 Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not have direct control over refund processing.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Wonder Application LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WONDER APPLICATION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Wonder Application LLC. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
